സഭ നയിക്കുന്ന ഒരുവൻ, നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നവനല്ല, മറിച്ച് ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു (1)

വാ. 10 നിങ്ങൾ അധ്യാപകരെന്നും വിളിക്കപ്പെടരുത്, എന്തെന്നാൽ ഒരുവനാകുന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ അധ്യാപകൻ, ക്രിസ്തു.
ശുശ്രൂഷയിലെ വചനങ്ങൾ
[1-ാം ഭാഗം] നമുക്ക് യാതൊരു നയിക്കുന്നവരും ഉണ്ടാകുവാൻ പാടില്ല എന്ന് മത്തായി 23 പറയുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ലേഖനങ്ങളിൽ സഭയിൽ നയിക്കുന്നവർ ഉണ്ടെന്ന് നമ്മോട് പറയുന്നു (എബ്രാ. 13:17, 24). എന്നിരുന്നാലും, ബൈബിൾ വൈരുദ്ധ്യമുള്ളതല്ല. കർത്താവിന്റെ മനസ്സിലുള്ളത് നമ്മുടെ പ്രാകൃത ചിന്താഗതിയിൽ നിന്ന് തികച്ചും വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ് എന്ന് നാം കാണേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. കർത്താവിന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ, മൂപ്പന്മാരോ നയിക്കുന്നവരോ മറ്റുള്ളവരെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുവാൻ പാടില്ല. സഭാജീവിതത്തിൽ യാതൊരു നിയന്ത്രണവും ഉണ്ടാകുവാൻ പാടില്ല. എന്നാൽ ഇതിനർത്ഥം, അവിടെ ഭരിക്കുന്നതും, ഭരണവും ഇല്ല എന്നല്ല. ഭരിക്കുക എന്നത് ഒരുകാര്യമാണ്, നിയന്ത്രിക്കുക എന്നത് മറ്റൊരു കാര്യമാണ്. സഭകളിലെ എല്ലാ നയിക്കുന്നവരും ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് വ്യക്തരായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. കർത്താവിന്റെ സഭകളിൽ നമുക്ക് ഭരണം ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്, എന്നാൽ നിയന്ത്രണം ആവശ്യമില്ല. മറ്റുള്ളവരെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുക എന്നതിനർത്ഥം അവർക്കുവേണ്ടി തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ എടുക്കുകയും, എന്ത് ചെയ്യാമെന്നോ, എന്ത് ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലെന്നോ അവരോട് പറയുന്നതുമാണ്. ജനത്തെ നിങ്ങളുടെ നിർദേശത്തിന് കീഴിൽ വെയ്ക്കുക എന്നതാണ് അത്. ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണത്തെ നാം വെറുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ആരും നിയന്ത്രണം പ്രയോഗിക്കുവാൻ പാടില്ല, കാരണം നാം എല്ലാവരും ഏക കർത്താവിന്റെ കീഴിലാണ്, കൂടാതെ നമ്മിൽ ഉൾവസിക്കുകയും നമ്മെ നയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏക ആത്മാവ് നമുക്കുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ, ഭരണത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യകതയുണ്ട്. ഒരു യോഗത്തിൽ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരോട് എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് പറയുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, അത് നിയന്ത്രണമാണ്. എന്നാൽ യോഗത്തിൽ കുറച്ച് ഭരണം ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടതാണ്. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന്, ഒരാൾ ഒരു വിഗ്രഹത്തെ ആരാധിക്കുകയും അതിന് സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യമുണ്ടെന്ന് വാദം ഉന്നയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നുവെന്ന് സങ്കൽപ്പിക്കുക. ഇത് തള്ളിക്കളയേണ്ടതാണ്. യോഗങ്ങളുടെ സമയങ്ങൾ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നതിൽ പോലും നമുക്ക് ചില ഭരണം ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്. ചിലർ രാവിലെ 4:30-ന് യോഗം ചേരുവാൻ നിർബന്ധിച്ചേക്കാം, മറ്റുള്ളവർ അതുപോലെതന്നെ അസൗകര്യപ്രദമായ ഒരു സമയത്ത് ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് യോഗം ചേരുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചേക്കാം. അതിനാൽ, മൂപ്പന്മാർ പ്രാർഥനയിൽ കർത്താവിങ്കലേക്ക് പോകുകയും, വിശുദ്ധന്മാരുമായി കൂട്ടായ്മ ആചരിക്കുകയും, വിശുദ്ധന്മാരുടെ അനുഭൂതി തിരിച്ചറിയുവാൻ ആയി അവരുടെ ആത്മികമായ മൂക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ട്, അപ്രകാരം യോഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഏറ്റവും നല്ല സമയം ഏതാണെന്ന് അവർക്ക് നിശ്ചയിക്കുവാൻ കഴിയും. അതിനുശേഷം മൂപ്പന്മാർ ഒരു തീരുമാനം എടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇത് നിയന്ത്രണമല്ല; ഇത് ഭരണമാണ്. A Church Leader, Not controlling but Serving (1)

Matt 23:8 But you, do not be called Rabbi, for One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers.
v. 9 And do not call anyone on earth your father, for One is your Father, He who is in the heavens.
v. 10 Neither be called instructors, because One is your Instructor, the Christ.
Words of Ministry
[Part 1 of 2] Matthew 23 says that we should not have any leaders. But in the Epistles we are told that there are leaders in the church (Heb. 13:17, 24). The Bible, however, is not contradictory. We need to see that what is in the mind of the Lord is utterly different from what is in our natural mentality. In the mind of the Lord the elders or the leaders should not control others. In the church life there should not be any control. But this does not mean that there is no governing, no ruling. To rule is one thing and to control is another. All the leaders in the churches must be clear about this. In the Lord's churches we need ruling, but not controlling. To control others means to make decisions for them and to tell them what to do or not to do. It is to put people under your direction. We must hate this kind of control. No one should exercise control, because we all are under the one Lord and have the one Spirit living in us and leading us. However, there is a need for ruling. If in a meeting the saints are told what to do, that is control. But there must be some ruling in the meeting. Suppose, for example, someone worships an idol and claims the freedom to do so. This must be ruled out. We even need some ruling in deciding the times of the meetings. Some may insist on meeting at 4:30 a.m., while others may want to meet at an equally inconvenient time in the afternoon. Thus, the elders need to go to the Lord in prayer, fellowship with the saints, and use their spiritual nose to discern the feeling of the saints so that they can determine what time is best for the meetings. Then the elders should make a decision. This is not control; it is ruling. [continued tomorrow]
